We offer transparent and affordable pricing for all our services. Payment is required in full before work begins. We accept payment via PayPal, G-Pay, and Netbanking. Invoices will be sent to you via email.
We believe in clear and timely communication with our clients. We will assign you a dedicated account manager who will be your primary point of contact throughout the project. Your account manager will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have and will keep you updated on the progress of your project.
Our working hours are from 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. However, we understand that some projects may require urgent attention and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs outside of these hours.
We strive to deliver all work within the agreed-upon timeframe. Once the work is completed, it will be shared with you via email. We request that you review the work promptly and provide us with any feedback or changes within 3 business days.
We offer one round of revisions for all work we produce. If you are not satisfied with the work, we will make the necessary revisions free of charge within 7 business days of the initial delivery. Any additional revisions will be subject to additional charges (it may change based on your ordered backpage).
We understand the importance of confidentiality and will ensure that all information you share with us remains confidential. We will not share any information or content produced for you with any third party without your prior written consent.
